Over 40 years ago, a young boy had an intense interest in the music scene. As a novice guitarist he decided to learn many of the currently popular hit songs. Using primitive equipment he played songs by The Ventures, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Eagles, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry and many others. He had a hand in establishing several bands over the years including: Flares, Nite Ryders, Crescendos, Illusion, Generation, Crescendos II and Reflections. Anthony then met a young and very green alto sax player named José Asensio. José had little experience but much potential and a willing spirit to learn. José and Anthony have continued to make music together now for many years. Jeanne Muccilli now adds the female vocal touch to many new songs. They are thrilled to join their talents with three other very professional musicians ..... Dave Woods, Norman Gorn and Alvin Kikukawa. Although José and Anthony have played together for various periods over the past 40 years, the nucleus of REFLECTIONS has been established now for approximately 9 years. In their wanting to maintain a pure and original sound, they only play authentic live music with no MIDI or pre-recorded tracks. REFLECTIONS specialize in classic oldies and play primarily for weddings, anniversary parties, boat cruises and private parties both indoors and out. They are known mostly as a dance band and include skits and audience participation in their performance. The band members all have secular jobs and view their musical interests as a hobby.
